Job summary

Booker Group is recruiting for Warehouse Operations Clerks to support the warehouse team. The role focuses on administering clerical duties to keep goods movements accurate and to assist with operational activities as needed.

You will work with Senior Operations Clerks and Team Managers to ensure paperwork is complete and communications within the team are clear. This temporary cover runs until 07 May 2027; candidates with numeracy and literacy skills, keen attention to detail, and basic PC

Qualifications

• Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
• Experience in warehouse environments is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexible and versatile with ability to handle varying demands.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical tasks to keep warehouse activity running smoothly.
• Monitor pick and replenishment screens for Ambient, Tobacco and Frozen.
• Investigate back-picks, suspended picks and replenishments.
• Process Proof of Delivery paperwork and driver receipts.
• Release orders for checking and liaise with goods in checkers and supply chain.
• Assist in counting stock and in issuing paperwork; undergo training as required.
