We are looking for a temporary Team Leader to support a young couple in Torquay who want to live together in the future. Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a bubbly personality? Essential for this job: Driver with a valid full UK licence

Contract Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract Type: Temporary for nearly 1 year (No sponsorship available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead two small support teams in providing tailored assistance to a young couple in Torquay
• Create a nurturing and upbeat atmosphere promoting mental well-being and social engagement
• Develop and implement engaging programs and activities aligned with the couple's interests and goals
• Foster open communication and maintain strong relationships with the couple and your team
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your support
• Collaborate with other professionals and services to enhance the support network

• Leadership experience, preferably within support services or a related field
