The vision is for every student to reach their maximum potential. Salary ranges from £34,398 to £52,490 per annum (Pay Award Pending).

Ofsted 'Outstanding' October 2023 Salary: £34,398 - £52,490 per annum (Pay Award Pending) MPR/UPR including Fringe Area Allowance Hazelwick is a high achieving and oversubscribed 11-18 mixed secondary school with over 1900 students aged 11 to 18, including over 380 students in our Sixth Form. As one of the highest performing schools in West Sussex, with a Progress 8 score of +0.30, (2024) we have an unwavering focus on enabling our students to achieve their maximum potential.
