Job description

Join to apply for the Temporary Support Worker role at Inspirational Changes Consulting Ltd.

Fixed term contract for 12 months with a variable working pattern to meet the needs of the service. Work will include weekends and evenings where needed.

Hours and Pay:

• 30 hours per week
• £12.21 per hour

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage's values, with good people skills and effective communication. Experience with animals or in a farm setting is highly desirable. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with transport (including driving a minibus), and engaging in farming and horticultural tasks.

Essential Requirements:

• UK manual driver’s license (including minibus) and own vehicle
• Adaptability
• Maths/English at Level 2 or above
• Good IT skills

Desirable Requirements:

• Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma or similar
• Farming, horticultural, or agricultural experience
• Qualifications in health and social care, trailer license, or machinery operation
