Job summary

FASHION PERSONNEL is recruiting an experienced Retail Supervisor for a four to six week temporary assignment in Central London. You will support the store management team with daily operations, cash handling, and leading the sales team to deliver strong KPIs and exceptional customer service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Confident leading teams and managing shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Available to start immediately as the role is temporary.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with daily store operations.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and banking procedures.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team throughout shifts.
• Drive sales performance and support the achievement of store KPIs.

• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure health & safety and security procedures are followed at all times.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a premium retail brand on a temporary basis for an initial four to six weeks assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading from the front. You'll support the store management team in the day‑to‑day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.
