Our client, a rapidly growing digital enterprise investment firm, has just moved into stunning, newly renovated offices with panoramic views — and they're looking for you to be their first point of contact.
Working in a team of 3, (including you), you will be the go-to person for meeting and greeting, organising the meeting rooms, supporting with events and any issue that may arise.
The firm are seeking a Receptionist who has excellent communication skills, is approachable communicative and is highly organisational. This is an opportunity to join a team that are united and work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the office. They want a Receptionist with a can-do attitude and is happy to muck in when needed.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
You must be a receptionist with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services.
This is to cover one month initially, with the opportunity to become a permanent hire if successful.
