The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador to join our team at Harrods. The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. The Senior Brand Ambassador will achieve sales targets while promoting our brands by delivering a unique customer experience, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations. You will develop brand awareness and build customer loyalty, maintaining the standards of the store group retailer.

• Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies
• Motivate sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals
• Ensure all fragrance consultants provide high-level customer service
• Assist in managing the client database to increase sales and client contact
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Support team training initiatives
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory
• Assist in merchandising strategies and ensure their execution
