The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as Senior Brand Ambassador to join our team in Harrods. The working schedule is full-time, working 5 days per week (37.5 hrs), Monday – Sunday. A Senior Brand Ambassador achieves sales targets while promoting our brands by delivering a unique experience to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, while maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer where you will be based. You will meet sales targets while promoting Puig brands by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies
• Motivate sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals
• Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide high-quality customer service
• Assist in managing the client database to increase sales and client contact
• Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently
• Support team training initiatives
• Understand and implement cash control procedures, including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory
• Assist in merchandising and ensure effective execution of strategies
