Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a temporary Sales & Customer Care Executive in Marylebone. This hybrid role requires three days in the office per week, with start date Monday 26th October and ongoing duration. The rate is £14.50 per hour, offering a flexible balance of home and office work.

You will process live orders, advise on products, build relationships with independent stockists, and support the Sales team with feedback to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
• Passion for pets and ability to engage with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zendesk/Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - Hybrid Role - 3 days in the office a week

Rate: £14.50 per hour

About the Role:

• Processing live orders and tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.


• Offering knowledgeable advice on products while professionally handling customer queries.


• Building and nurturing strong relationships with independent stockists to foster loyalty.


• Supporting the Sales team by sharing valuable feedback and insights.


• Driving sales through effective communication and engaging customer interactions.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• A genuine passion for pets (experience with pets is a bonus!).


• Proven track record in customer service.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with Zendesk or Commerce Cloud is ideal but not essential.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact:

• Collaborating closely with the National Account Manager on priority customers.


• Conducting regular store visits to strengthen relationships and promote new products.
