Job summary

Ryman in London is hiring a Sales Assistant to help customers find what they need and create a brilliant shopping experience. You will be the friendly face supporting store management, driven to deliver great service and keep the store looking its best.

You’ll learn product knowledge, upsell opportunities, handle queries and returns, operate the till, and contribute to visual merchandising. This role offers training, career progression, and staff discounts within the Theo Paphitis Retail Group.

As a Sales Assistant at Ryman, you’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers find exactly what they need while creating a brilliant shopping experience every time.

You’ll be a friendly and knowledgeable face of Ryman, supporting the Store Management Team to drive sales, deliver great service and keep the store looking its best. From helping customers choose the right products to spotting opportunities to upsell, you’ll play an important role in making every visit a positive one.

What you’ll be doing

• Help create an inviting store by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Build your product knowledge and keep developing your skills.
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
