Ryman, part of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant to help customers find what they need and deliver a brilliant shopping experience. You will support store management, upsell opportunities, and uphold store standards while ensuring excellent service.

• Confidently handle customer queries, complaints and returns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Get to know customers, understand needs and recommend products, promotions and add-ons.
• Operate the till efficiently while following customer care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and maintain accurate stock systems.
• Help create an inviting store with high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Build product knowledge and continue developing skills.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Job description

As a Sales Assistant at Ryman, you’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers find exactly what they need while creating a brilliant shopping experience every time.

You’ll be a friendly and knowledgeable face of Ryman, supporting the Store Management Team to drive sales, deliver great service and keep the store looking its best. From helping customers choose the right products to spotting opportunities to upsell, you’ll play an important role in making every visit a positive one.
