Job summary

Flannels Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period to help customers select products and maintain a high standard of store presentation. You will contribute to a first-class shopping experience and gain valuable retail skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include engaging with customers, offering tailored recommendations, supporting stock and merchandising tasks, and ensuring pricing accuracy while working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays through 10

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

Sales & Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Flannels brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
