Job summary

Flannels, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period. You’ll greet customers, help with product selections, and contribute to a first-class shopping experience in a fast-moving retail environment.

This role offers the chance to gain valuable retail skills while supporting our store team during the busy festive period. Flexibility to work over Christmas including bank holidays, weekends and evenings is required.

Job Description

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals
• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Flannelsbrand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
