Job summary

Flannels, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period. You will deliver outstanding customer service, help customers with product selections, and support both stock and visual merchandising across the store.

This role requires energy, enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work over Christmas—bank holidays, weekends and evenings—and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service.
• Use product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations.
• Support the team in delivering store goals.
• Maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Flannels brand.
• Assist with deliveries and stock processing and ensure pricing is up-to-date.
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy.

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

Sales & Service
