Sports Direct is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period to energize customer interactions and contribute to a first-class shopping experience.

You will help customers with product selections, maintain store presentation, and support the team in reaching store goals during a fast-paced retail season.

Job Description

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending January 10th 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals
• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sports Direct brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
