Job summary

Logan Group Company Limited is seeking a customer service oriented individual to support front desk operations in Aberdeen. The role requires working with customers and potential clients, providing information, and guiding them to suitable solutions.

The candidate should possess an associate degree or higher and at least one year of related experience, with strong Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of working experience in customer service or at a front desk/reception.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
• Hands-on PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Able to tailor solutions to customers’ needs and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Provide customer support and front-desk assistance.
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Chinese to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.

Currently studying an associate degree or higher

Possess 1 year or more of working experience in customer service or at a front desk/reception

Good communication skills and competence in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English

Hands-on PC skills including MS Word and Excel

Possess problem-solving skillsand good listening skills to tailor the best solution according to Customers and potential Customers' needs

Pleasant & capable to work under pressure

Attention to details with positive attitude and high integrity

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

A good team player with good interpersonal skills

able to work two days per week (daytime only)
