Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor for our York showroom. This is a 12-hour weekly role requiring weekend availability. You will be the first point of contact, advising customers with inspirational ideas to meet their needs, always aiming to exceed expectations.

• Welcome customers to create a relaxed atmosphere, encouraging browsing
• Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions within our range
• Follow up on sales quotations, process orders accurately, and keep records updated
• Represent sofa.com positively, embodying our culture and standards
• Continuously update product and interior trend knowledge

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably with interiors or furniture
• Strong sales skills and trend awareness to support customer styling
