Cotton Traders is seeking a proactive Temporary Retail Supervisor to join our Port Solent team to cover maternity leave. You will lead the store on two days and support the Store Manager, delivering a true customer experience.

You will manage merchandising, stockrooms, and team performance with a focus on KPI delivery, coaching, and upholding our welcoming high-street brand. Competitive hourly rate and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams is preferred.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service and upholding brand standards.
• Willingness to adapt to changing store needs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an honest customer experience and act as store lead in manager's absence.
• Deputise for Store Manager on two days per week and during holidays.
• Merchandise the store per brand guidelines and manage stockrooms.
• Lead, engage and coach the team to achieve store KPIs.
• Support overall store operations and customer engagement.
