Temporary People & Culture Business Partner

Contract: Temporary (c3M)
Rate: £300 - £350 per day
Location: Manchester City Centre (hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (flexibility required)
Interview process: screening, 1 virtual & 1 in-person

Our client is seeking a Temporary People & Culture Business Partner (c.3 months) to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an attractive day rate of £300 - £350 per day and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will provide advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers, fostering employee engagement and delivering on global strategies. This role is pivotal in managing various HR activities, implementing policies, resolving complex employee relation issues, and driving strategic projects.

What you'll do:

  • Consult with business leaders to promote core values at all levels
  • Manage the delivery of generalist people & culture activities
  • Provide strategic advice for leadership and employees on people & culture matters
  • Implement and manage People & Culture policies and deliver training on these policies
  • Assist management in resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Deliver People & Culture project outcomes in areas such as onboarding & offboarding, leadership development, performance management, analytics, reporting and payroll

What you bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 in People Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and technology-minded
