Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Wantage is seeking a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our UK payroll team until 31 December 2026. The role covers processing UK manufacturing payrolls in-house from start to finish and supporting other payrolls as needed.

You will input and process monthly payrolls, perform lightweight tax/NIC calculations, and oversee sickness payments and auto-enrolment pension tasks. A 1-year payroll background and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's payroll experience.
• Experience of high-volume multi-site payrolls.
• Understanding of UK tax and NIC.
• Understanding of pension Auto Enrolment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely input, processing and delivery of the monthly payrolls.
• Manual calculations of Tax and NIC if required.
• Calculation of Occupational Sickness and statutory payments.
• Processing and payroll administration of the company pension scheme.
