Are you a confident administrator with some experience within HR and Payroll processes?

If so, then look no further than the fantastic Temporary Opportunity below. Our fantastic client is looking for a motivated and detail orientated administrator to support their down to earth, friendly HR & Payroll team on an ongoing basis.

Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator (Hybrid Working!)

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Start Date: Monday 19th May (Or ASAP!)

End Date: Ongoing

Location: Leeds, LS7 (Free Parking On site) + Home working 2 days per week!

What you will be doing:

Assisting the payroll team to process monthly changes, pension and benefit processing. You will be organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work on different systems simultaneously.

Duties:

  • Monitoring the Payroll mailbox inbox and file emails into folders as instructed
  • Updating holiday purchase spreadsheet, checking existing purchases, inputting new holiday purchases
  • Checking input of new starters and leavers, to include pro-rata pay and holiday adjustments
  • Checking input of various amends into payroll
  • Input change of address and bank details into payroll system
  • Support leaver process e.g. adding personal email addresses and issuing payslips & P45's
  • Support ad hoc requests and reports for the wider team

Who you are:

  • Experienced administrator, some payroll or HR experience beneficial
  • Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new tasks quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to utilise Excel confidently, for example VLookups
  • Motivated team player!
