Venn Group is recruiting a temporary Paralegal for a highly regarded law firm in York. The role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your legal experience and would suit someone immediately available on a full-time basis with prior legal experience in a law firm.

The role involves acting as the primary client contact, coordinating between clients, fee earners and support staff, and supporting a mix of fee-earning and administrative duties, including managing caseloads and drafting

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy Commercial Property plot sales team within private practice.
• Experience assisting with drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating communication between clients, fee earners, and support staff.
• Support a range of legal settings with fee-earning and administrative duties.
• Manage caseloads, draft documents, review materials, and prepare or distribute financial records.
• Progress plot sales matters from instruction to completion where applicable.
