OnFife is seeking a Temporary Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in Kirkcaldy, with hybrid working and a1 day per week in the office. The role involves coordinating marketing tasks, website updates, asset management and liaison with venues and external promoters.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in administration or business support within a marketing environment, strong organisational skills and excellent communication. Canva/WordPress experience is desirable.

• Two years’ experience in administration or business support, ideally in a marketing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Proactive team player with IT proficiency and aptitude to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the marketing inbox and respond to enquiries from colleagues and external promoters.
• Make straightforward website updates, including media releases and notices.
• Organise digital files and marketing assets.
• Create posters and marketing materials using Canva.
• Coordinate content and approvals for website redevelopment projects.
• Prepare materials for seasonal brochures and oversee printing and distribution.
• Liaise with venues and promoters to keep promotional materials up to date.
• Proofread customer communications.
• Support social media content gathering, scheduling and monitoring.
• Assist with purchase orders and invoice administration.
