Office Angels in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Management Accountant for a temporary 3-month assignment. The role covers payroll management, budgeting and financial reporting, with initial training followed by hybrid work including Fridays from home.

The successful candidate will bring payroll expertise, AAT qualification or equivalent, and strong Excel/analytical skills to support a values-driven finance team.

Qualifications

• Experienced management accountant with payroll expertise.
• AAT qualified, studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Sage, payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Advanced Excel user with excellent analytical skills.
• Organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate management accounts and financial insights.
• Oversee payroll, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Lead reconciliations, journals and month-end activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting.
• Partner with managers and external stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
