Contract: Temporary (c9m)
Day rate: £180.00 - £200.00 per day
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5 (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH)
Our client is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist from the public sector to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of HR activities, including operational and administrative processes, data handling and reporting, and using HR systems to ensure smooth and effective delivery of HR services. As a Temporary HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR activities. Your responsibilities will include producing and collating HR data for accurate report generation, providing generalist HR support across key areas like recruitment, on-boarding, absence management and workforce planning. You will also manage and maintain HR systems while ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, you will assist with policy updates and process improvements.
The ideal candidate for the Temporary HR Generalist role brings a wealth of experience in generalist HR roles. You are proficient in using HR systems and have strong Excel skills that include creating spreadsheets and manipulating data.
