Job description

Ashley Kate HR is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to recruit a strong HR Administrator on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

The role is based at their site in Derbyshire.

Salary: Up to 28,000 (FTE)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 and Friday 8.30 - 15.30. Hybrid working is available once full training is received, with 2-3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-Admin related inquiries.
  • Assist with the administration of HR & L&D documentation.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Assist with department strategic projects.
  • Manage mailboxes and support interview processes.
  • Coordinate training bookings.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Assist with scanning and SAP maintenance.

About you:

  • Organized, reliable, and communicative professional capable of handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is beneficial.
  • Committed to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A strong team player.
