Job summary

Caval Ltd is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor on a temporary contract to oversee Areas 10 & 12 in the North West & Yorkshire. You will manage a small site workforce, brief at each shift, and ensure works are completed safely and on time.

The role includes daily client liaison, site meetings, and using the REFLOW platform for site documentation. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, VRS experience preferred; start date is soon, with fixed day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS certifications are required.
• Experience supervising a small site workforce.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) installations is a plus.
• Good computer skills and ability to complete digital site documentation.
• Must have a valid fit-for-work medical certificate and Highways Passport.

Responsibilities

• Brief the workforce at the start of each shift.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety and deadlines are met.
• Complete daily diaries and site documentation using REFLOW.
• Liaise with the client daily and attend site meetings.
• Ensure activities comply with safety and operational requirements.
