Office Angels UK is seeking a friendly Temporary Receptionist to cover front-of-house duties in a care setting. You will greet visitors, answer calls, pass messages and help keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, at a salary of £13.50 per hour, and will continue until a permanent receptionist is appointed. The successful candidate will have previous reception or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, a professional

• Previous Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service, or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and telephone manner.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
• Taking accurate messages and passing them to the relevant person.
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining site security protocols.
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Providing information and assistance to visitors and residents where required.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception function.
