About Early Years Ltd. in Guildford is seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher for a temporary, part-time role from January 2027 to February half term 2027 (6 weeks). The position runs Wednesdays to Fridays from 8:15am to 3:30pm, serving children under 2 in a warm, nurturing setting.

The ideal candidate is a qualified EYFS teacher with nursery experience, strong communication and teamwork, and a passion for early childhood development. DBS Update Service is preferred or willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Teacher / EYFS specialist.
• Experience in Nursery or Early Years teaching is essential.
• Experience with children under 2 years old is highly desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service preferred or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning for children under 2 years in a nurturing environment.
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities within a part-time schedule (Wed–Fri, 0.6).
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom.
