Cherry Professional Ltd invites you to join a dynamic finance team as a Temporary Credit Controller in Hilcote, UK. You will manage the sales ledger, chase overdue debts by phone and email, and support the finance function with accurate reporting.

You will liaise with branches and customers to resolve discrepancies, update debtor records, and help maintain healthy cash flow while working independently to meet targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently to meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Chasing customers by phone and email for overdue debts.
• Liaising with branches to investigate discrepancies.
• Updating the system with all credit control activities.
• Preparing customer statements on request.
• Update debtor reports.
• Reviewing customer accounts and credit activities.
• Building relationships internally and externally.
