Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in credit control or a similar finance position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient with Excel and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing outstanding customer accounts and following up on overdue payments.
• Contacting customers by telephone and email to resolve balances.
• Allocating payments and keeping account records up to date.
• Investigating and resolving account queries and discrepancies.
• Escalating complex debts where appropriate.
• Supporting the wider finance team with general administration when required.
