Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a temporary customer service assistant for an initial 6 week contract. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting customers and colleagues with a friendly, efficient service.

No prior retail experience is required as you will receive online and on-the-job training to develop the skills needed to perform your role from day one. You will be trained to assist with promotions and loyalty schemes while upholding bp safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers is the top priority.
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
• Taking deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks.
• Being proactive in supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt.
