Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a Temporary Weighbridge Administrator on behalf of our client in South Lanarkshire. The role blends front-of-house duties with data entry and admin tasks in a fast-paced site environment, requiring meticulous record-keeping and good communication with drivers.

Immediate start for 6-10 weeks with the potential to extend. Working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at £13.75 per hour. Own transport is required due to the location.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration role.
• Confident using Excel for data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge system and log vehicle movements in Excel.
• Record vehicle registrations and site activity accurately.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain records.
• Provide front-of-house support and visitor/driver inductions.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth operations.
