Job summary

A recruitment agency in Birmingham is seeking a Project Administrator for a temporary role that may lead to a permanent position. The successful candidate will manage site administration tasks, engage with contractors, and support project coordination efforts. Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all site administration and coordination tasks.
  • Chase contractors for updates on jobs, schedules and completions.
  • Order equipment and parts to ensure projects are kept up to date.
  • Maintain clear reports and records and deliver to Head Office.
  • Support individuals with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, contractors and managers.

Our fabulous client is currently looking for a tenacious Project Administrator to join their team, working on several exciting, upcoming projects with potential for the role of becoming permanent after c3 months.

The ideal candidate will be organised and able to handle a demanding workload. Previous experience within an administrative role is essential as our client needs someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
