Job summary

Holcim is seeking an experienced Administrator/Customer Service Advisor for a temporary role based 100% in the office. The position covers customer service duties and administrative tasks, with shifts Mon-Fri on a 37.5-hour week and a pay rate of £14.50 per hour.

The contract is initially 3 months with potential to become permanent, located at Holcim, Smith-Hall Lane, Hulland Ward, Ashbourne, DE6 3ET. This role requires strong IT skills, organisation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and proficient in Google Suite.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude with ability to prioritise a range of tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, at all levels, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with other staff at all levels.
• Previous admin or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that orders are received when goods/services have been supplied.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
• Answer phones and pass on messages in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders.
• Update customers on orders and deliveries.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Support internal staff with pricing queries.
• Data entry.
