Max Spielmann Ltd. in Bromborough is seeking a Stock Team Advisor on a temporary maternity-cover contract. You will support our retail stores by maintaining accurate stock records, processing deliveries and responding to branch enquiries by telephone and email.

The role is 40 hours per week, at £12.80 per hour, with a 12-week probation. You will handle goods receipt, check deliveries for issues, and maintain clear paper and digital records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail to manage priorities.
• Confident computer literacy and accurate data entry.
• Team-focused approach in a busy department.
• Enter data accurately using the ordering system and provide telephone support to branches.
• Receive and process incoming goods, checking deliveries for missing or damaged items.
• Respond to stock-related enquiries from branch managers and store colleagues.
• Update paperwork and maintain accurate paper and digital records.
• Monitor stock flow and manage multiple delivery logs.
• Support with ad hoc tasks, including warehouse duties when required.
