Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent delivery driver for Polar Speed UPS in Leighton Buzzard. You will scan and load consignments, maintain temperature control, and deliver to healthcare facilities and homes.

A valid Category B licence is essential, with preference for experience in temperature-controlled multi-drop deliveries and customer interaction. This role requires teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence category B.
• 3+ years in temperature-controlled deliveries preferred.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries with customer contact.
• Team player with initiative and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage scanning and loading of consignments to your delivery vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle and refrigeration unit remain at correct temperature.
• Deliver to GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers and home delivery patients.
• Complete EPOD/driver Manifest/collection/refusal paperwork and manage returns.
