Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer for a temporary position in Bury. The role involves advising on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination claims, TUPE, recruitment issues, and exit strategies.

You will manage Employment Tribunal cases, liaise with ACAS and provide advocacy while delivering practical legal solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer with demonstrable experience in Employment Law.
• Strong track record of managing complex and varied caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employment Tribunal cases and provide expert advice across a wide range of employment matters.
• Liaise with ACAS, undertake advocacy, and deliver practical legal solutions to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support junior colleagues.
