Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer with demonstrable experience in Employment Law.
• Experience in managing complex and varied caseloads and giving expert legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employment Tribunal cases and liaise with ACAS.
• Provide advocacy and drafting across disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, TUPE and restructuring matters.
• Advise on recruitment issues and exit strategies and develop junior colleagues.
