Office Angels is seeking a professional Temporary Receptionist for a busy office in Bishop's Stortford. The role is 3-6 months with a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm schedule. The hourly pay rate is £13-£15.

Immediate availability is preferred for this temporary placement. The successful candidate will be the face of the organisation, handling front-desk duties, calls, meeting room coordination, post and deliveries, and general admin support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
• Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Providing administrative support to various departments as required
