Job summary

Office Angels in Tenterden is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover a sickness/holiday period. The role runs 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking and a friendly office environment.

The successful candidate will handle client reception, manage enquiries in person and by phone, book appointments, and maintain high levels of customer service while performing general admin duties. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused or reception role.
• Quick to learn new systems.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at reception.
• Handle enquiries face-to-face and by telephone.
• Book appointments and send appointment reminders.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• General administration as required.
