Job summary

IDrive Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced HIAB Driver for a temp-perm role near SO53 3QD. Start ASAP. Requires a UK driving licence, HIAB ticket and CPC/tacho compliance. Role includes pre/post inspections, reporting safety issues and coordinating with dispatch to meet delivery expectations.

Hourly pay options are available: £20 PAYE or £25 Umbrella, with a minimum of 10 hours per shift. Temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing driving and industrial recruitment agency.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence.
• Reliable and a good timekeeper.
• Experience operating a HIAB loader safely.
• HIAB ticket or certification.
• CPC and Tachograph knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections as per policy.
• Report any safety issues using standard reports.
• Follow delivery schedules and liaise with dispatchers to complete jobs to a high standard.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced HIAB Driver to fill a position in SO53 3QD for our Client, this will be a Temp-Perm position starting ASAP

• UK Driving Licence
• Reliable and a good timekeeper
• Experience of operating a HIAB loader in safe manner
• HIAB Ticket
• Cpc & Tacho

Expectations:

• Confident Class 2 driver
• Able to perform a complete pre and post-operation inspection of the vehicle as required by company policy checking tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls are in good working order.
• Able to report any safety issues on standard reports
• Able to follow instructions and the delivery schedule and confident to interact with dispatchers to complete the job to a high standard
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures

Pay rates

• £20 PAYE
• £25 UMBRELLA
• MIN 10HRS
