Job summary

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers for our client, a building materials supplier in Harmondsworth UB7. This role is on a temporary adhoc basis - shifts are not always guaranteed. £22 - £24 p/h.

Monday to Friday 6am starts (subject to change). Responsibilities include operating HIAB safely, delivering materials to customer sites, loading/unloading using the crane, and performing daily safety checks.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK CAT C licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points.
• Must have HIAB certification and CPC; tachograph (TACHO) valid.
• Over 25 years old for insurance purposes; references for HIAB driving experience.

• Deliver building materials, plant, or equipment to customer sites.
• Load and unload goods using the HIAB crane.
• Carry out daily vehicle and crane safety checks.
• Secure loads in accordance with transport regulations.

• Secure loads in accordance with transport regulations

Requirements of Class 2 Hiab Driver:

• Valid UK CAT C licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN or MS90 endorsements)
• Valid HIAB certification
• Valid CPC and TACHO
• You must be over the age of 25 years - for insurance purposes
• At least 1 year Class 2 HIAB driving experience (references required)
