Job description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Regeneron. This role is focused on optimizing commercial strategies and operations within the UK and Irish markets. You will partner with sales and marketing teams, translating data into actionable insights and driving excellence through data-driven decision-making. A Typical Day

  • Supervise planning and compliance of HCP/HCO engagements to maintain ethical standards.
  • Manage CRM systems ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Analyze sales metrics to enhance targeting and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial strategies.

To Be Considered

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years' of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations. Proficiency in CRM systems like Veeva and data analytics tools is required. A strong understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and general compliance culture in the UK and Ireland is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
