Job summary

Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited in Bath is seeking a Temp HR Administrator for an initial 8-week project, starting around late September 2026. The role is based in Central Bath with only 2 office days per week and pays £15–£18 per hour plus holiday.

You will handle note-taking, distribute to stakeholders, and make data changes including organisation chart and contract variations, plus managing diary invites.

Qualifications

• Some base HR administrative experience is preferred, however if you’re organised and possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders – this short term role could be for you.

Responsibilities

• Note taking and distributing to key stakeholders.
• Making data changes, organisational chart changes and contract variation changes. You will also be dealing with managing diary invites.
