Job summary

Headway Recruitment is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support our client during the rollout of a new HR system in Bradford. This temporary role focuses on accurate documentation and organizing HR records as the system is introduced.

You will transfer documents, review and update processes, set up DocuSign templates and liaise with an external contractor, providing day-to-day HR admin support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant background.
• Understanding of HR documentation, processes and compliance.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident asking questions, following up on missing information.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with colleagues and an external supplier.

Responsibilities

• Transfer existing HR documents into the new system, ensuring accuracy.
• Review HR documents and processes, flag gaps and implement updates.
• Set up DocuSign templates for HR processes.
• Liaise with external contractor developing the system and share HR feedback.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as needed.
