Job description

Temp HR Administrator, Altrincham Based.

£13.50 per hour, weekly pay.

Immediate start, with view to go permanent within the first 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles across the business
  2. Managing the DBS and references process for all new starters
  3. Arranging internal and external meetings using outlook calendars
  4. Maintaining the HR data management system
  5. Issuing contract amendments for promotions, pay rises and change to terms etc
  6. Creating social media content for the HR and Recruitment function
  7. Abiding by the company's policies, procedures, and regulations at all times
  8. Undertaking any other ad hoc project work
  9. Passion for people with excellent organisational skills
  10. CIPD Level 3 qualified, or interested in studying
