Job summary

Love Success is seeking a Temporary Data Administrator to join its busy team on a fully remote basis. The role runs for 2 months with working hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and an hourly pay rate of £15.20 plus holiday pay.

You will work independently, gather and prepare data for analytic applications, perform data mining, generate reports, and use Excel extensively. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality, used to working unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Patient, can manage stressful situations without losing priority.
• Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent data and website manipulation.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.

Responsibilities

• Working independently, navigating and reporting on websites and data paths.
• Gathering and preparing relevant data to use in analytic applications.
• Carrying out in-depth research and data mining.
• Report findings.
• Communicate recommendations based on findings to supervisor and senior staff.
• Ad-hoc support of the Project Manager.
• Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference.
• Retrieving data as requested.
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.
• Generating periodic reports.
• Extensive use of Excel.
