Job summary

Pertemps Redditch Industrial is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the Innovation Services team with regulatory data and technical documentation. This temporary, on-site role focuses on accurately transferring COSHH, SDS, COA data, and chemical information into centralized databases to aid compliance and safety across laboratory activities.

You will review SDS/COA, ensure data consistency, and help develop SOPs and processes with QA, Regulatory, and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing technical data and maintaining documentation.
• Familiarity with COSHH principles and chemical safety.
• Ability to interpret SDS/COA documents and extract key data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transfer and maintain COSHH, chemical, ingredient, and material data.
• Review SDS/COA and other technical documents for key information.
• Ensure accurate ingredient information to support COSHH and risk assessments.
• Assist with organising technical records and documentation.
• Support SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and process flowcharts.
