Office Angels UK is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant in Cambridge for an immediate start, on a 37.5 hour week, at £16–£17 per hour. This fixed-term contract runs until December 2026, with a focus on accurate purchase ledger processing.

You will efficiently process supplier invoices, manage expenses, and support month-end reporting using AIQ, Rapport3 and Concur. The role requires strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic finance team.

Qualificações

• Proven recent experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and credit card transactions.
• Handle internal and recharged expenses with precision.
• Maintain bookkeeping using AIQ, Rapport3, and Concur.
• Investigate and resolve supplier queries proactively.
• Assist with sales ledger and financial reporting tasks.
